Validation failed, appicon.png: icon dimensions 0x0

I have been trying to validate my iPhone/iPod/iPad application but it keeps failing with the following error:

iPhone/iPod Touch: appicon.png: icon dimensions (0 x 0) don't meet the size requirements. The icon file must be 57x57 pixles, in .png format
 
iPad Touch: appicon.png: icon dimensions (0 x 0) don't meet the size requirements. The icon file must be 72x72 pixles, in .png format

I have seen multiple posts about this issue which all say to make a custom info.plist but I'm using 1.8.1 which seems to have the icon array already there.

Titanium Studio, build: 1.0.8.201201262211

SDK: 1.8.1

Mac Mini, OS X Version 10.7.3

Any suggestions would great!
